The third annual summit of young world leaders took place from Oct. 18 - Oct 22, 2012. The opening keynote speech was delivered by former president Bill Clinton. To see what he had to say, head over to oneyoungworld.com

Among other speakers were Kofi Annan, Jack Dorsey, Jamie Oliver, Fatima Bhutto, just to mention a few names you might be aware of.

The organization, One Young World, was created back in 2009 by David Jones and Kate Robertson, to gather together young people from around the globe and help them make long-lasting connections.

More than 1500 delegates from 190 countries were present, hearing the world-known counselors speak, widening their professional network and sharing their ideas.

The summit served as a platform for delegates to discuss issues dealt with leaders around the world, issues relating to leadership, sustainable development, human rights, business and much more.

If you want to learn more about it all, and maybe also take part of it yourself next year, either as a delegate or a media representative, be sure to check out the website at oneyoungworld.com and also the information in the player below.
